Privacy Policy

HermoClub holds as little about you as it can, and nothing about you is sold or used for advertising. This policy explains exactly what we keep, why, and how to get rid of it.

What we collect

Your phone number, your name, and a profile photo if you add one. The club, team, session and drill information you enter. Drill video and its still frame. Messages you send through Help & feedback, along with your device model, operating system and app version so we can make sense of a problem. Your app language and time zone, so times show correctly.

Players on a roster

A player entry is a name, and optionally a jersey number and a position. Nothing else — no date of birth, no contact details, no photo, no account. Players are often children, which is why the entry is deliberately this thin. Enter a player only if you are entitled to, and ask us to remove any entry that should not be there.

How we use it

To sign you in, to show your club its own schedule, drills and staff, to keep your downloaded videos working offline, and to answer you when you write to us. That is all. We run no advertising, no profiling and no analytics SDK.

Who else sees it

Two processors, each for one job: Twilio sends your sign-in code by SMS, and Cloudflare stores and delivers your video and images. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it. Inside the app your data is visible to the coaches of your own club, according to their role.

How it is kept

Video and photos live in private storage that is never publicly readable; the app reaches them through short-lived signed links. Traffic runs over HTTPS, and your sign-in token is held in your device’s encrypted storage — the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Help & feedback in the app, without asking us. Your name, phone number and photo are erased immediately and your video is removed from storage. If you were the club owner, the club passes to the longest-standing remaining coach; if you were its last member, the club, its teams, sessions and drills go with you.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. In Türkiye these rights come from KVKK, and in the EEA and the UK from the GDPR; we apply the same process wherever you are. Write to us through Help & feedback or at support@hermoclub.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

Only people aged 16 or over can hold an account, so HermoClub is not directed at children as users and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger who tries to sign up. Children appear only as the minimal roster entries described above — a name, and optionally a number and a position — entered by their coach. If you believe a child’s details are in HermoClub and should not be, contact us and we will remove them.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. If a change is significant we will say so in the app. Questions go to Help & feedback in HermoClub, or to support@hermoclub.com.
